About

Robert A. Samuel, Esq. is a graduate of Harvard Law School. He is licensed to practice law in Florida, New York, and Wyoming and brings experience spanning private practice, corporate legal work, employment law, healthcare compliance, and business operations.

Robert previously practiced with a Vault 30 law firm, where his work included employment-law matters involving workplace investigations, discrimination and retaliation claims, wage-and-hour issues, leave and accommodation matters, restrictive covenants, and workplace-policy compliance. His legal experience also includes work with Apple, supporting employment-law matters involving workplace investigations, employee conduct, discrimination and retaliation, leave and accommodation issues, arbitration, discovery, and litigation strategy.

In addition to traditional legal practice, Robert has advised a growing healthcare business on legal, operational, and compliance matters, including employment practices, privacy, contractor relationships, workplace policies, licensing considerations, and business expansion.

Robert’s professional background also extends into aviation, hospitality, and frontline leadership. Years spent working in complex, highly regulated, service-oriented environments have shaped his understanding of workforce dynamics, operational decision-making, client service, and the practical realities that often sit behind a legal problem.

Robert believes effective legal representation requires more than identifying the applicable law. It requires understanding the client’s circumstances, the business and personal realities surrounding the issue, and the consequences of each available course of action. His practice is grounded in careful analysis, clear communication, responsiveness, and individualized attention, with a focus on developing practical strategies tailored to each client’s objectives.

Our perspective

Perspective beyond the practice of law.

Before and alongside his legal career, Robert developed experience in aviation, hospitality, business operations, compliance, and advisory work. Those roles called for judgment, discretion, negotiation, service, and decisions in high-pressure environments. They continue to shape counsel that considers both the legal issue and how a decision will work in the real world.
