What your review covers
Your written report identifies material terms and practical questions or negotiation priorities. Depending on the agreement, review may address compensation and productivity; duties, call, and location; renewal and termination; restrictive covenants; malpractice and tail coverage; benefits and expenses; dispute resolution; and proposed changes.
How it works
01 · Screening
We first assess potential conflicts and jurisdictional eligibility. Please do not send your contract or confidential details at this stage.
02 · Intake
If the matter can proceed, submit the proposed agreement and key background information through the intake process we provide.
03 · Engagement
We confirm scope and flat-fee terms in writing before work begins.
04 · Review
Attorney analysis, appropriate legal research, and a written Contract Review Report focused on material risks and practical options.
05 · Debrief
Discuss the findings in your included 30- or 45-minute conference and identify next steps.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a negotiation service?
The stated flat fee covers analysis, written findings, and the included conference. Direct negotiation, redlining, or additional agreements may be available under a separate engagement.
When does the review begin?
Only after preliminary screening, intake, acceptance, and a signed engagement agreement. We will confirm timing after reviewing your deadline and the agreement’s scope.
Can you review an agreement governed by another state?
We assess the governing law, place of practice, and applicable professional rules during screening. Services are offered only where Samuel Counsel is authorized to provide them. Admission in Florida, New York, and Wyoming does not itself authorize representation under every other state’s law. If we cannot take the matter, we will let you know.
Request a preliminary screening
Tell us your career stage, the employer’s name, the state governing the agreement, and your response deadline. We first assess conflicts and whether we can take the matter. Do not submit the agreement, patient information, or sensitive details until invited.
Submitting an inquiry or participating in initial screening does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only after the firm accepts the matter and an engagement agreement is executed. Availability depends on conflicts, attorney competence, applicable professional-conduct requirements, and multijurisdictional-practice rules. The advertised flat fees include the stated scope with no additional costs or expenses; additional work requires a separate written agreement and fee. Attorney advertising.
